Reject Kari Lake for ambassador to Mexico!

A new report indicates that Donald Trump is leaning towards appointing notorious election denier (and election loser), anti-immigration extremist, and diehard MAGA insurrectionist Kari Lake as the Ambassador to Mexico. 

Her election lies helped spark the mob attack on January 6th and even called for gun violence if Trump was convicted of his crimes. She’s called the influx of immigrants into the United States an “invasion” and vowed to speed up deportations.

Our relationship with our southern neighbor is far too important to be put in the hands of this dangerous radical who has no experience in diplomacy. Her appointment would be a slap in the face and a grievous insult to the Mexican government, which has been working hard with the United States to rein in illegal immigration and cartel violence. The Senate must NOT confirm her to the ambassadorship.
