Stop Dumping Sewage Into Our Drinking Water

The Supreme Court just made it easier for cities to dump raw sewage into rivers, lakes, oceans, and bays, where it eventually might end up in your drinking water. Yes, read that again.

The pro-pollution extremists on the Supreme Court decided in a 5-4 decision that the Clean Water Act doesn’t actually mean your water has to be clean.

More disturbingly, Justice Amy Coney Barrett complained in the dissent that the court “offers nothing to substantiate” its “puzzling” conclusion — meaning they know it makes ZERO sense to do this, but they’re going to do it anyway.

Congress needs to take decisive action ASAP to keep, again, RAW SEWAGE from getting into our nation’s drinking water.
