Tell Biden: Legalize Marijuana Before Trump Gets Into Office

It's vital that President Biden takes decisive action during the next two months and do as much good as he possibly can before Donald Trump gets back into office. One thing he can do immediately that would be greatly beneficial for the country would be to legalize marijuana and release all nonviolent drug offenders from federal prison.

It is beyond absurd that we continue to exist in a limbo where weed is legal in one state and illegal in the next. Marijuana provides well-established health benefits and is enjoyed by millions upon millions of Americans with little adverse effects, while its continued criminalization provides the perfect vehicle to funnel minority citizens into the meat grinder of the carceral state.

So let's tell President Biden to make things right, use the power he has now, and legalize marijuana before Trump gets into office!
