Tell Congress: Investigate DOJ Election Interference

Donald Trump’s Justice Department just crossed a line — and may have broken the law.

Instead of protecting voting rights, Trump’s DOJ has deployed “election monitors” into polling places in California and New Jersey without state consent. 

The DOJ refused to coordinate with state officials and is targeting heavily Democratic precincts, particularly in communities of color. Legal experts say the department’s actions may violate state law and exceed its federal authority, raising serious constitutional questions about voter intimidation and election interference.

It’s election meddling — and it demands accountability.

Congress must investigate before the damage is done. The House and Senate Judiciary Committees must subpoena internal DOJ communications, demand testimony from Attorney General Pam Bondi, and determine whether Trump’s operatives abused federal power to influence the vote.

Our democracy depends on free, fair, and fear-free elections. Congress must act now to expose the truth and restore trust before Trump’s DOJ turns intimidation into policy. If Congress stays silent, every future election will be fair game for political interference.
